Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Analyze client needs and outline appropriate financial protection options
Oversee application accuracy, documentation review, and compliance requirements
Maintain detailed digital records and manage client accounts proactively
Provide ongoing service support and timely follow-up communication
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient processing
Participate in advanced training, leadership development, and performance initiatives
Qualifications
Experience in financial services, account administration, or client relationship management
