What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
Educate clients on benefit options and eligibility
Assist with applications and enrollment documentation
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions
No cold calling or door-to-door outreach. Appointments are requested and scheduled by clients.
