AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Enrollment Support Specialist to support individuals and families through the benefits enrollment process. This fully remote position is ideal for professionals with a background in client services, account management, financial services, or benefits administration who are ready to grow within a performance-driven organization.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will conduct scheduled virtual consultations, assess client needs, provide clear explanations of available coverage options, and guide clients through required documentation and enrollment steps.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual consultations via Zoom

• Evaluate client needs and present appropriate benefit solutions

• Support clients through application completion and compliance requirements

• Ensure accuracy of documentation and maintain organized digital records

• Provide follow-up communication and ongoing account support

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing

• Participate in continued training and leadership development initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing, administrative, or financial services roles

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

• High attention to detail and organizational ability

• Comfort working independently in a remote environment

• Proficiency with Zoom and digital documentation systems

• Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensure (support provided)
