What You’ll Do

  • Participate in scheduled virtual meetings via Zoom

  • Clearly explain available benefit options in a friendly, professional manner

  • Assist clients with applications and required documentation

  • Maintain accurate digital records

  • Provide follow-up support to ensure a positive client experience

  • Engage in ongoing training and skill development
